Orbitsecho offers a defined range of services that our team handles well and handles often. We are not a generalist agency that will take anything and figure it out later — if a request falls outside our scope we'll say so and, where we can, point you to someone in Thika who handles it. Within our range, you get a team that has done this many times, knows the local context, and can work around the practical realities of running things in a mid-sized Kenyan town. Timelines are discussed at the outset, progress is communicated without you having to chase us, and the cost agreed at the start is the cost you pay at the end.

2. Clear quote
We follow up with a written or verbal quote that breaks down the cost. No estimates that balloon later — if there's any variable that could affect price, we flag it before you agree.
3. Work begins
Once you're happy with the terms, we schedule the work. You're kept informed at each meaningful stage — not spammed with updates, but never left wondering what's happening either.
4. Handover and review
When the job is done, we walk you through what was completed and confirm you're satisfied before we close it out. Any snag raised within seven days of handover is addressed at no extra charge.
What we don't do — and why that matters
Knowing our limits is part of how we protect the quality of what we do take on.
Some local businesses say yes to everything and sort out the complications later — at the customer's expense. We don't operate that way. Orbitsecho works best for regular, defined needs: recurring appointments, product purchases, and established service lines we've handled scores of times. We are not equipped for large-scale construction, specialist technical installations, or services requiring professional licensing we don't hold. If you come to us with something in that territory, we'll be straight with you, and we'll point you toward a local provider who can actually help.
